OEBB COVID-19 RELIEF- GROCERY FOR FAMILY-IN-NEED PROJECT SUMMARY:

With the goal of helping out families with children and seniors with food crises to get through the covid outbreak without compromising social distancing and stay at home mandate; on April 5th, OEBB has organized Covid Grocery Relief- a Community Give-Back Project

Within a few weeks of the stay-at-home mandate, we have received close to 300 distressed requests for food, groceries, personal care, soap, toilet papers, baby food & diapers. Here are the cities in Texas that OEBB has been able to reach out and help: Austin, Abilene, Alvin, Brownsville, Cedar Park, Channelview, Crosby, Dayton, DelValle, Fortworth, Galena Park, Giddings, Goliad, Houston, Katy, Kyle, La Porte, Manor, Manvel, Navasota, Pflugerville, Rohanson, Round Rock, San Antonio, San Marcos & Sequin.

With generous donations from the following donors and an anonymous matching donation, we have been able to help out close to 700 individuals, with 80 of them are seniors and 240 children.
We sincerely thank you all contributors for joining force with OEBB in this meaningful give back project: It has been a great pleasure to have a chance to do our part, to give back to the communities during this hardest time.
With businesses are opening again soon, OEBB wishes everyone to continue to stay safe, stay positive and practice good, healthy habits moving forward.
