CHILDREN COVID VACCINATION & BOOSTER DOSE FOR FOR COMMUNITY

 

Children 5 years and older Pfizer Covid vaccine event and Booster Shots Pfizer, Moderna & Janssen for everyone. 

This Vaccination Event is the collaboration between Vina Pharmacy- Austin and Open Eyes Beyond Border (OEBB), especially to help families and children with language barriers; facilitate the vaccination access to the community and to further the effort of decreasing Covid mortality rate. 

 

*Pre-registration for this event is recommended. Please use this Sign up Link for your time slot.  And fill out the Registration & Vaccine Consent Form- at home and bring it to your appointment. Be sure to bring your current Covid Vaccination Record to receive the booster dose

*Check in process starts 15 mins before appointment time.  Children must be accompanied by Parent or Guardian on Vaccination Day.

*Consult with your family physician about the type of booster shot that you want to receive or “mix-match” any Covid vaccine. 

*Anyone with chronic medical conditions understands that you need to seek approval from your primary care provider BEFORE coming to get the vaccine. In addition, if you have allergies to any material in the Covid-19 vaccine or have had an anaphylactic reaction in the past, you should not get the vaccine.

*By registering your name and information to receive the vaccine, you understand the risks and benefits of the vaccine and agree to give consent to Vina Pharmacy, OEBB and its associated staff and volunteers to give you the vaccine on the scheduled date.
