Before OEBB was official formed as an organization, many of OEBB key members and volunteers have come together and organized multiple relief trips to Houston, Port Arthur and Beaumont to help hurricane victims with emergency medical aids, personal care, household supplies, food.

 

On October 28th, 2017, we organized a relief charity vision clinic that help provided vision wellness checkup and free eyeglasses for the communities at Port Arthur.

 

153 pairs of prescription glasses were dispensed for Port Arthur residents. Along with ophthalmic drops for dry eyes, allergic, itching eyes, eye vitamins and lid hygiene kits.
